Drawing from their extensive experience and work in both the public and private sector, Erds and Mildred established Go and Umali in July 2016. Go and Umali is a full-service law firm currently engaged in a wide range of legal fields. It has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration in courts of all levels, with particular expertise in proceedings before the Office of the Ombudsman, Sandiganbayan, Commission on Elections, Construction Industry Arbitration Commission, Department of Justice, as well as matters before the Commission on Audit. It also offers legal services for corporate and commercial transactions and matters involving immigration, taxation, real estate, banking, media and information technology. The Firm is involved in various special projects, such as those involving public-private partnerships (PPPs), government procurement, and reviews of Information Technology contracts for both service providers and clients.
